My Life Be Like Ooooh Aaaaah

If I had a Cannondale Synapse Carbon FĂ©minine 5 I would ride it everyday. No exceptions. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall. James Taylor style. I would be much faster and win many races with this bike.

Disney Trip

So much has happened in the past 17 days.

I spent the LONGEST 6 days of my life at Disney World with my grandparents, my delusional older brother who thinks he is homeless (and therefore insists on smelling as so), and my aunt Kathy who has cerebral palsy. We were quite an unlikely group. It was in many ways the best and in many ways the worst trip I've been on. More details of this excursion will come in later blogs I'm sure, as it will be nearly impossible to forget some of the mind numbingly awkward moments that were etched into my history without my consent.

I finally got some batteries for my mighty mouse. Which was cause for actual celebration complete with a candle lighting ceremony at my house.

Lastly, I figured out my plan of attack for the next 5 years of my life. It involves triathlons, a condo in midtown and a juris doctor degree. Also a winning lottery ticket, cure for aids, and a nuclear war shield. So yeah, I'm where it's at.

On a side note, I've decided that NATO initiatives take a back seat to chocolate on the list of bright ideas out of Belgium. Mainly because I'm currently in a rather apathetic mood and tired of corrupt foreign policy. Also, I'm craving sugar.

This is one of the best videos of the trip. Notice how happy Aunt Kathy is. It makes me smile.

Here we go...

Staring out the conference room window- the October air looks as if it feels pretty great. Office jobs are no fun on beautiful fall days.

So, it's a new month and I thought I would blog a bit.

I've discovered some things over the past week...

1. In attempting to kick my coffee habit I've become addicted to green tea.
2. Mac mascara is in my top 10 ways to blow $12.
3. Ecclesiastes is not at all the book to read when you're trying to figure out how to finance grad school.
4. Sweet potatoes are way better than white.
5. Nothing beats cool fall nights on the porch.
6. Macon is prettier than Canton, there is more to do in Atlanta and Blue Ridge sweeps them all.
